The Boy's JV Basketball team welcomed East Jordan to the Wheelhouse on Thursday, February 13. The game between the two rivals tipped off at 7. East Jordan had been the only team to knock off the Ramblers this season. However, a healthier Rambler team came to play in the second matchup. 

In the first quarter the Ramblers were lead by Gavin Hewitt who put up five points, including connecting on a three. The Ramblers were outscored in the quarter though, as the Red Devils lead 11-8. The second quarter proved to be a different story. The Ramblers offense scored 17 points, while the defense held the Red Devils to just six. The Ramblers went into the break with a 25-17 lead. Kolton Stadt was a big part of that second quarter, as he contributed seven points. 

The defense stood tough in the third quarter as well. The Ramblers only allowed six points again and the offense was able to add another 11 to their total, they led 36-23 after three. Mason Wilcox chipped in five in the third quarter. In the fourth quarter, the same continued as the Ramblers outscored the Red Devils 15-8 and secured a 51-31 victory. Alex Calcaterra led the way this time in the fourth quarter, adding seven points. 

The win moves the team to 14-1 on the season. The game proved to be a redemption game for game they dropped in East Jordan. The Boy's JV team will rest up after a tough week and will travel to Elk Rapids on Tuesday. The game will be a double header with the Varsity, as the JV will tip at 5:30.
