"This race was a much-needed confidence boost for our team coming off an extremely challenging course last week. I saw huge smiles when the kids saw the hard work they've been putting in pay off with fast race times. Our runners are getting much better at being patient in the first mile, and I think they saw how much stronger they felt throughout the race as a result. I'm just really proud of each one of them, and it was so nice to see them celebrate their hard work ." - Coach Herrmann

The Cross Country team will be back in action on Saturday, October 3 in Charlevoix for another Lake Michigan Conference Jamboree.
