Jay Clausen took the loss in goal making 7 saves. Boyne City put 8 shots on target with the goal coming unassisted from Nicolas Santina with around 5 minutes remaining in the 1st half making the score 2-1. Ogemaw took the lead through two goals approximately 11 minutes in and 15 minutes into the first half. Despite Boyne City possession & attacking play Ogemaw countered and won a penalty kick approximately 15 minutes into the second half, giving the final score of 3-1.

Boyne City is back in action at Petoskey on Saturday 8/29: 10am v Petoskey & Noon v Maple City Glen Lake.
