Jay Clausen got the shutout in goal making 4 saves on the afternoon. Boyne City took the lead 15 minutes into the first half on a goal by Anders Foltz (assist Nic Santina). Boyne continued to press with possession and chances but the half finished 1-0. BC got on the board again to make it 2-0 7 minutes into the second half on a goal from Joel Carter. BC had 12 shots on target on the day.
