Jay Clausen got the win in goal for BC making 7 saves throughout. Gabe Pellerito opened the scoring 5 minutes into the first half on a free kick. Grayling pressed and scored the game tying goal at 14 minutes into the half making the score 1-1. Nic Santina got the go-ahead goal with about 15 minutes remaining in the second half with an assist from Derek Word. Boyne notched 8 shots on target on the day.
Record: 3 wins, 4 loss, 0 draw
Boyne City is back in action next Tuesday (9/8) making the trip to Suttons Bay, kick off at 5pm
