Rambler Team: Boyne City 16, Harbor Springs 18

The Rambler team lost a hard fought game against Harbor Springs last night 18-16 last night. The team played very well defensively but could not pull it out at the end. Scoring for the Rambler team were Maddox Fitzpatrick with 6 points, Hayden Brya and Wiley Belcher tossed in 4 apiece, and Tommy Dobbelear had a bucket to round out the scoring. Avery Butka and Ryan Chapp played well defensively. 

7th Grade: Boyne City 37, Harbor Springs 16

On December 11, the Boyne City 7th grade boys basketball team defeated Harbor Springs 37-16.The Ramblers got 6 points each from Jaden Alger, Reese Bey, Brady Snyder and Colton Snyder, while Rider Peck, Camryn Rajkovich, Will Mastin, Pete Mastin and Wailand Smith each had 2 and Landon Bingham chipped in with one point. 

8th Grade: Boyne City 67, Harbor Springs 29

Boyne defeated Harbor Springs 67-29.   Trenton McBee led all scorers with 16.  Chas Stanek scored 14, Andrew Stadt 11, Kacey Gray 10 and Joey McHugh 8.

Both the 7th and 8th grade teams will travel to Elk Rapids this Saturday for their tournament.

On Monday, December 16th, the Rambler Team game will begin at 4:00pm (rather than 4:30). 

The final game of the season will be played on Wednesday December 18th against Petoskey, with all three games being played as normal, with the Rambler Team beginning at 4:30.
