Rambler Team: Boyne City 11, Charlevoix 26

The Rambler team lost to Charlevoix last night 26-11. Defensively, the Ramblers played well, but were no match for the Rayders. Top scorer for Boyne was Austyn Fonseca with 4 points followed by jackson Rader, Tommy Dobbelear, and Ryan Chapp with 2 points each. Will Minnaar rounded out the scoring with 1 point.

7th Grade: Boyne City 43, Charlevoix 28

The Boyne City 7th grade boys defeated Charlevoix 43-28 on December 16. Boyne played their best defensive game of the season, with great pressure and good rotations, especially in the 4th quarter. The Ramblers got 8 points each from Colton Snyder and Wailand Smith, while Camryn Rajkovich, Reese Bey and Jaden Alger had 6 apiece. Rider Peck added 4, with Brady Snyder and Will Mastin chipping in with 2 and Landon Bingham 1.

8th Grade: Boyne City 51, Charlevoix 47

Boyne City defeated Charlevoix 51-47.  Joey McHugh led all scorers with 17 points.  Chas Stanek scored 13, Andrew Stadt 9 and Ryan Reynolds 6.

The final game of the season is on Wednesday, December 18th at home against Petoskey, with the Rambler Team playing first at 4:30pm.
