The Middle School Boys Basketball program wrapped up its season with home contests over Petoskey last night. A huge thank you to Coach Dave Willson, Coach Chris Fiel, and Coach Mark Carson on their leadership for our student-athletes this year. Another huge thank you to Erin Wiseman and the Middle School Cheer Team!
Results:
Rambler Team: Boyne City 18, Petoskey 39
In the final game of the season, the Ramblers fell short by a score of 39-18. Will Minnaar led the Ramblers with 6 points followed by Brady Bearss with 4. Jackson Rader, Tommy Dobbelear, Wiley Belcher,Ryan Chapp, and Odin Kirkby each scored 2 points each. Defensively, Hayden Brya and Collin Schoolcraft played well.
7th Grade: Boyne City 11, Petoskey 51
8th Grade: Boyne City 43, Petoskey 58
Chas Stanek led the way with 23 points, while Joey McHugh added 13 points.
