Boyne City goes the distance at their annual Carrie Bricker-Hauger Memorial Tournament and makes it to the final game loosing to Division 2 powerhouse Kingsley in 3 sets. Boyne went 8-0 in Pool Play giving them a 1^st place seed coming out into bracket play. They were the 3^rd place team overall and had to play Inland Lakes in the quarterfinals, Clare in the Semi-Finals and finally faced Kingsley in the finals, who they will see on Monday for the first district game.

Overall on the day Boyne went 6-1 in match pay win and 13-3 in set play wins.
