Rambler Team: Boyne City 10, Elk Rapids 11

From Coach Willson: The Rambler team lost a tough one to Elk Rapids last night 11-10. Scoring for Boyne were Adrianna Colella with 7 points, and Lucy Uy with 3. Defensive stars of the game were Bailey Smith and Alexandria Goforth. Our last game of the season will be at Petoskey next Monday.

7th Grade: Boyne City 18, Elk Rapids 28

From Coach Reinhardt: The Girls were in Elk Rapids last night to take on the Lady Elks. Our Ramblers got off to a slow start and spent the night trying to fight back for the early deficit. They came up just a little short with a 18-28 loss. Our girl started to attack the basket better in the second half and went 14 for 20 from the free throw line. Scoring for the Ramblers was Braydin Noble, Onika Haley, Ellie Wilcox, Adonae Patton, Ellie Clausen and Kadence Elzinga. Our last game will be in Petoskey on Monday!

From Coach Morris: The 8th grade girls travelled to Elk Rapids yesterday and lost a hard fought battle. The girls played their best defense of the season. Boyne led at halftime and were tied going into the 4th quarter. Elk Rapids hit a couple big shots down the stretch and that ended up being the difference. Scoring for the Ramblers was Mackensy Wilson with 7, Zollie Williams with 6, Gabby Dunlap with 4, and Grace Kujawski added 2. The girls end their season on Monday against Petoskey.
