Boyne City Middle School Cross Country had a great race tonight and a special thanks to our HS Varsity team buddies. With their support, the majority of our team have new personal records!
Our course distance again was 1.5 miles at Cooperation Park in Indian River. Liam Dart finished 8th with a time of 9:59. Isaac Dionne ran in 10:20, earning 12th place and Wyatt Woodall crossed in 19th place at 10:43. All three boys earned medals!
Delaney Little ran another strong race as our head girl at 11:07 and 25th place overall. Rayah Williams competed in her first race this season and had a great time at 11:42.
Our next meet is Saturday in Central Lake and we look forward to challenging ourselves with a bigger field of 250 middle school runners scheduled to compete!
